And one needs to look no further than to the history of Lase Med Inc. in order to see this law in action. We would like to suggest reading this page and our "Copycats" page together, as they are two parts of the same bigger story, that of the medical establishment's attempts to steal our methodology with one hand, while trying to destroy us with the other. The members of Lase Med Inc.'s Technical Team have never been strangers nor cowards to contraversy, nor to slanderous and libelous attacks, especially when based upon lies perpetuated by those in positions of power, or by those whom the powerful have "motivated" to do so.

It has come to our attention that, whenever someone searches for our website on search engines, he or she cannot avoid finding close to it a list of slandering websites, some using and abusing our corporate name, with a concerted effort to put LASE MED, Inc. out of business, through misinformation of the public, open lies, unfounded accusations, and innuendo.

At first, we had shaken them off, dismissed as a public demonstration of individuals’ immense ignorance.However the trend continued, presenting comments of non-patients and people totally clueless about our work. Consequently we have decided we have no choice but to briefly detour from the "high road," take action, and expose these efforts for what they are.

In addition to our discussions, presentations and “awards” given on this site, we are going to expose here the evidence and reasons for these lies.

However, before we begin, we would like to point out that all over the USA, not to mention the entire planet, there are in existence a myriad of alternative clinics making unrealistic promises to cancer patients and charging tremendous amounts of money for series of procedures that ultimately do not work at all, not even temporarily. Still no one bothers to say anything about them, and no one is trying to close them down. This is of course in addition to the famous standard treatment clinics that maim, torture, and in the end invariably kill the patients, after running their insurance benefits dry.

While all of these horrible treatments are allowed to continue undisturbed, LASE MED, Inc. and its CEO’s character are regularly assassinated,with sustained demands to close the organization down, prosecute, and preferably terminate the existence of its infamous leader, who couldn’t possibly be a scientist, because she is a woman, she uses a comb, her hair is not white, and she dares to have long nails, not to mention that she dares to not dress like a slob.

Furthermore LASE MED, Inc is charging patients coming for its therapy, on average, an amount equivalent to approximately 10% of the amount required to receive treatment at alternative clinics, and also equivalent to 1/3 of what is charged for one (1) injection of chemo. For these comparisons, the conclusion of these critics is that obviously there has to be something dishonest about LASE MED, Inc. and their CEO is obviously misleading the public for money.

Logic tells us that if LASE MED, Inc. were not offering something really effective, no one would bother attacking its services and trying to close its operation down. We feel that the web sites that are so viciously attacking us, and of course the "Principalities and Powers" pulling all the puppet strings, are actually committing a crime against humanity, trying to keep patients from receiving a treatment which can finally free them of the fear of cancer, the fear of being "enslaved patients" for the rest of their lives, and the fear of handing over their entire lives' savings to the masters of death-for-profit.

The Participants

The guilty parties (pawns) involved in this multi-pronged coordinated slander campaign, are as follows:

• The individual who set up this socalled "website": www.lasemedinc.net.

• The "career agitator" who set up a "Pray for Cyndi" Facebook page, claiming that at least a year's worth of massive chemo damage (possibly in addition to various alternative "remedies") was somehow the fault of one week of L.I.E.S.H. treatments at LMI, two years after the fact; who is calling for former Lase Med employees to communicate with her on Craig's List; who also started a "We Want Lase Med Inc Closed Down ASAP!" group on Facebook, which has since been removed for slander; who has taken her anti Lase Med crusade to Youtube in the form of a heinous lie-based emotional plea to shut us down, and then back to Facebook to stalk our staff, send messages to their friend- lists, to use her YouTube comment board (and any other cancer blogs she can find) to "troll" for Lase Med patients, stalk them online with insulting emails and messages, berate them in public forums, and disseminate even more false anti Lase Med propaganda.

At the core of all her ranting and attacking (and that of the next entry below, the slanderous "news" report which included her accusations) are the false contentions she is "motivated" to broadcast, that L.I.E.S.H. Therapy somehow makes cancer SPREAD... a ridiculous and malicious lie refuted by even the most basic principles of the L.I.E.S.H. protocol, or of PDT in general.

• The individual who created the website called "Beating Cancer Gently." Many of the "anonymous" comments in his "Lase Med Inc" forum were put there by the aforementioned career agitator and nutriceutical scam marketer, the subject of section 2 .

• Former Arkansas State Representative and ambulance chaser Will Bond, for proliferation of rediculous frivolous litigation, a blatant abuse of the legal system, for the sole purpose of spreading bad publicity against us.

• Lori Fullbright, the "scam" reporter at KOTV, Channel 6, in Tulsa, OK; and whoever ordered her to broadcast old lies about us, to include the above mentioned meritless lawsuits, supported by new lies, and uninformed opinions about us, as if they were in any way a true objective news story.

• Others who have joined in the siege since 2009.

We are going to discuss, as much as allowed, all of the above (and below) offenders, in detail.
